About Simon

Simon Jenner’s education began when he left school with virtually no qualifications. And learned to fly instead. Discovering poetry though was dangerous: and forestalled a career in airframes and engines. He took a PhD at Cambridge in Oxford Poetry of the 1940s: having failed ‘O’ Level English Literature twice.

My picks

  • “Alice in Wonderland” Brighton Little Theatre

  • “Ms. Holmes & Ms. Watson” Arcola, Hackney

  • “Cockfosters” Southwark Playhouse Borough
